Privacy Policy

• We store your account and the work you save.
• Images you upload are processed to build a palette, then discarded.
• No AI model draws your assets, and your work is never used to train one.
• We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Account information. Your email address and the information needed to keep you signed in. If you make a purchase, Stripe handles the payment. We never see or store your card number.

Your work. The assets, effects and palettes you save, along with small preview images. This includes anything your AI agent creates in your account.

Images you upload. When you build a palette from an image, the image is processed on our servers and then discarded. Only the resulting palette is saved to your account.

Usage data. Basic product analytics, such as which pages are visited and which features are used, so we know what to fix and what to build next. We don't record your screen or your session.

Technical data. Standard information that comes with any web request, such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, logged to keep the service secure.

We use the information above to:

• Save your work and give it back to you when you sign in.
• Keep your account secure.
• Process purchases and handle refund requests.
• Understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
• Respond to support requests.
• Send you release notes if you opt in.

We share data only with the services we need to run Spritory. Each one receives only what it needs for its job.

• Hosting. Runs Spritory and stores your saved work.
• Payments. Stripe processes your purchases.
• Analytics. Helps us understand how the product is used.
• Email. Delivers sign-in and account emails.
• Your AI agent. If you connect one, it sees what it reads and creates through Spritory. Your agent's provider handles that data under its own privacy policy.

We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it. To get the current list of providers, email contact@spritory.com.

We keep your account and saved work for as long as your account exists. When you delete a saved asset, it is removed.

When you delete your account, we erase your data, and our backups clear within 30 days. We keep billing records only for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

You have the right to:

• See your data. Your saved work is always visible in your account. Email us for a full copy of everything we hold about you.
• Download your data. Export your work from the editor, or ask us for a copy of your account data.
• Correct your data. Email us to fix anything that is wrong.
• Delete your data. Delete saved work in the product, or email us to delete your account.
• Object. Tell us to stop using your data for analytics or email.
• Complain. Contact the data protection authority where you live.

To make a request, email contact@spritory.com. We reply within 30 days.

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

This policy will change as Spritory grows. When we make a meaningful change, we update the date above and, where appropriate, tell active users directly.
