Terms of Service

By accessing or using Spritory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Spritory. We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Spritory is a composition based framework for game art, built to make assets easier to create and naturally consistent. It covers props, scenery, items and visual effects, and it can be used directly in the editor or through a connected AI agent.

Spritory does not currently produce characters or tiles. These are on our roadmap but are not promised by any date. Decide whether to pay based on what the product does today.

You need an account to use Spritory. You must provide a valid email address and be able to enter a binding agreement.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account, including actions taken by any AI agent you connect. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Free access to Spritory is limited. Exporting assets and some features require paid access. Paid access may also include usage limits, such as how much you can do through a connected AI agent.

Prices and what each purchase includes are shown in the product. They may change with notice, but a change never affects what you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Spritory never stores your card number.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, by emailing contact@spritory.com. We refund the payment to its original method. Your paid access ends once the refund is issued, and assets you already created remain yours. After 14 days the purchase is final, but if you think you were charged in error, email us and we will look into it.

You agree not to use Spritory to:

• Create or upload content that is illegal or infringes someone else's intellectual property, including uploading art you don't have the rights to.
• Create content intended to harass, defame or threaten a real person, or sexual content involving minors.
• Get around paid access, usage limits or other access controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the systems that run Spritory, including probing, scanning or overloading them.
• Use an AI agent or other automation to abuse or overload the service.
• Resell or share access to Spritory itself. The assets you create are yours to use, as described in Section 6.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, at our discretion, with notice where practical.

You own what you create. As long as you follow these terms, you own the assets you build in Spritory, including those your AI agent creates for you. With paid access, you may use them commercially, royalty-free and without attribution.

You are responsible for the images you upload. Make sure you have the rights to any art you use, and that what you build doesn't violate Section 5.

We do not claim ownership of your uploads, your saved work or the assets you create, and we do not use them to train models.

Templates and palettes that come with Spritory are there for you to build on, and assets you create from them are yours under the terms above. You may not redistribute the templates or palettes themselves as a standalone asset pack.

Spritory is in early access. Features, plans, usage limits and pricing may change, and you may run into bugs, downtime or incomplete features. We will do our best to tell you about meaningful changes.

Keep your own copies of work that matters to you. Saving to your account is a convenience, not a backup service.

Spritory, including its software, interface, branding and technology, is owned by Wolfwalkers Labs. These terms don't give you any rights to our trademarks, logos or source code beyond what you need to use the product as intended. You own the assets you create, not the product that made them.

You can stop using Spritory and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service, with notice first where reasonable.

Some terms continue after your account is deleted: your ownership of assets you already created, payment obligations already incurred, and the limitation of liability.

Spritory is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the assets you create will meet any particular standard or suit any particular project.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolfwalkers Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Spritory. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Spritory will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

We may revise these terms from time to time, especially during early access. When we do, we update the date above and tell active users about meaningful changes where practical.
