Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of Spritory, a product built and operated by Wolfwalkers Labs. By creating an account or using Spritory, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Spritory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Spritory. We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Description of service

Spritory is a 2D pixel-art game asset editor and studio. It lets you build style packs from reference images, generate and edit game art using OpenAI's gpt-image-2 model via the Cloudflare AI Gateway, and organize the results into projects. Spritory runs entirely on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers, D1, KV, R2).

3. Accounts

You need an account to use Spritory. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide a valid email address and be able to enter a binding agreement to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Spritory to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, infringes someone else's intellectual property, or violates OpenAI's usage policies for the underlying model.
  • Generate sexual content involving minors, or content intended to harass, defame, or threaten a real person.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, credit metering, or access controls.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the infrastructure that runs Spritory, including attempts to probe, scan, or overload our systems.
  • Resell or redistribute access to Spritory itself (as opposed to the assets you create with it, which are yours to use as you like — see Section 5).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, at our discretion, with notice where practical.

5. AI-generated content & ownership

You own what you create. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the assets you generate and edit in Spritory, and you're free to use them in your games or other projects, commercially or otherwise.

You're responsible for the prompts you submit and the reference images you upload — make sure you have the rights to any reference material you provide, and that your prompts don't request content that violates Section 4. Because generation is AI-driven, outputs can be unpredictable; we don't guarantee that any generation will match your expectations, and generation is a paid, consumed action regardless of whether you keep the result (see Section 6).

We do not claim ownership over your prompts, uploads, or generated assets, and we do not use them to train models.

6. Credits, billing & refunds

Spritory is usage-based: generation and editing consume credits, which you purchase or receive as part of a subscription. Subscriptions and payments are processed by Stripe; Spritory never stores your card number. Prices and credit costs are shown in the product and may change with notice.

Because generation calls a third-party model and incurs real cost the moment a request is made, credits are generally non-refundable once a generation or edit has run — including when the result doesn't match what you hoped for. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a failed generation that still consumed credits), email contact@spritory.com and we'll look into it.

7. Beta disclaimer

Spritory is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and behavior may change, and you may encounter bugs, downtime, or incomplete functionality. We'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes, but the beta label means the product is still being actively shaped by feedback and iteration.

8. Intellectual property in the service

Spritory — the software, interface, branding, and underlying technology — is owned by Wolfwalkers Labs. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or source code beyond what's needed to use the product as intended. This is separate from Section 5: you own your generated assets, not the tool that generated them.

9. Termination

You can stop using Spritory and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or for non-payment. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership of your prior generations, payment obligations already incurred, limitation of liability — continue to apply after your account is closed.

10. Warranty disclaimer

Spritory is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will meet any particular standard of quality or accuracy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolfwalkers Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of Spritory. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Spritory will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time, especially while Spritory is in beta. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be communicated to active users where practical.
